Biography
Michelle Doucette, MHA, RN, BSN, is a Clinical Senior Lecturer and Lead Clinical Coordinator for the undergraduate nursing programs at UMass Boston, where she has taught since 2005. With extensive pediatric nursing experience in acute, home, and outpatient care, she directs student clinical needs across the curriculum and focuses on simulation-based teaching, fostering clinical judgment, and preparing future nurses.
