Biography

Lei (Nico) Zheng is an Assistant Professor at the College of Management, University of Massachusetts Boston. She received her Ph.D. in Data Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. Dr. Zheng's research interests include Open Collaboration, Bots and AI Algorithms, Human-Machine Collaboration, and Online Platform Governance. Her work has been published in the Journal of Management Information Systems, Proceedings of International Conference on Information Systems, Workshop on Information Technologies and Systems, and in the Proceedings of the ACM on Human-Computer Interaction.
