Biography
Alicia Doyen-Rodríguez is an Assistant Professor of Comparative Literary and Cultural Studies. She obtained her PhD in French and Francophone Literature from Emory University (Atlanta, GA) in May 2023. She specialises in literature, visual art, and digital projects in the French-speaking Caribbean.

Professor Doyen-Rodríguez's research and pedagogy in Digital Humanities has been recognized by several grants and fellowships, amongst them a “Capacity-Building” fellowship awarded by the Digital Ethnic Futures Consortium, a Caribbean Digital Scholarship Collective at Yale University, and fellowship for Public Facing Humanities by the Mellon Foundation an at Emory University.
Alicia Doyen-Rodríguez is a native speaker of French and a proud heritage speaker of Spanish.
