Microsoft Teams is a collaboration app that helps your team stay organized and have conversations - all in one place. Attend the overview webinar to learn how to organize your projects, collaborate more efficiently, and reduce the endless emails, with Teams!
October 15th | 1–2 p.m. | Managing Your Files in Microsoft Teams
Learn how to identify the difference between sharing links and copies, organize and locate files across OneDrive and Teams, manage Teams channel file libraries, and collaborate seamlessly through external sharing and real-time editing with check-in/check-out.

October 17th | 1–2 p.m. | Customizing Your Microsoft Teams Experience
Once you're up and running with Microsoft Teams, there's a lot you can do to customize it. There are a few settings you may also consider changing to tweak your experience. Notifications, application behavior settings, and more are customizable. In this workshop we are going to look at some of your options and settings you can change or try out in Microsoft Teams.

OneDrive gives you secure cloud file storage, and it's free for everyone at UMass Boston. Learn some of the great features and tricks in this tool, as well as several ways you can learn more about OneDrive in detail at this short 30 minute class!
October 24th | 1–2 p.m. | Advanced Sharing and Office 365 Online
Manage access to existing files and folders, create new files with Office 365 online, and create and apply custom permission levels in OneDrive.
October 29th | 1–2 p.m. | Introduction to Microsoft Planner
Unleash your team's productivity potential with Microsoft Planner! This new workshop helps you discover the power of this intuitive task management tool.
October 31st | 1–2 p.m. Introduction to Microsoft Forms
Microsoft Forms - Surveys, Quizzes, Polls, and Feedback. Easily create and share forms in Office 365 or Microsoft Teams.
