My Health Beacon Portal
The My Health Beacon Portal is a secure system for:
- Scheduling and canceling appointments
- Sending and receiving secure messages from healthcare providers
- Uploading immunization records
- Viewing the status of medical requirements
How to Access
Students can log into the My Health Beacon Portal here. If you have trouble with your username or password, submit a ticket on the IT Self Service Portal.
Note: UHS prioritizes student privacy and confidentiality. Since your portal login credentials match your email account login, sharing this information grants access to your private health records.
Portal Features
Log In Assistance
- Review Portal Information: The homepage provides essential details about portal features and usage.
- Update Your Profile: Select the Profile tab to ensure your information accurate. You can update your mobile number and carrier to receive text reminders.
- Explore Features: Learn how to schedule/cancel appointments, send secure messages, enter/view immunization records, and complete required forms.
Schedule an Appointment
- On the homepage, click the Appointments tab in the left-hand column.
- Click the blue "Schedule an Appointment" button.
Secure Messaging
Secure messaging is a confidential way to communicate with medical and billing staff at UHS. Note: Do not use secure messaging for emergencies. Dial 911 for life-threatening situations.
How to Use Secure Messaging
- Receive Messages: Click Messages in the left-hand navigation bar to view received messages.
- Send a Message: Select New Message at the top of the messages screen and choose the relevant category.
