University Discounts

You need a valid University ID (Beacon Card) to purchase all tickets or passes from the Office of Student Activities. Purchases can be made with cash, credit/debit, and Beacon Bucks.

JFK Library/Museum: Admission is free for students with a University ID for general exhibits.

Tickets sponsored by Student Arts and Events Council (SAEC)

All tickets are available on a regular basis, but quantities may be limited. Please check with the Office of Student Activities for availability. Limit 4 passes per month per ticket type.

Showcase and AMC Cinemas:
Student, Staff, and Faculty Price: $9 per pass 

New England Aquarium
Student, Staff, and Faculty Price: $11 per pass 

Museum of Science
Student, Staff, and Faculty Price: $6 per pass  

Zoo New England
Student, Staff, and Faculty Price: $10 per pass 

Boston Bowl
Student, Staff and Faculty Price: $12 per ticket*
*One Ticket with three options:
      1. 2 Games of Bowling & Shoe Rental
      2. 1 Game of Bowling, Shoe Rental, 2 slices of pizza & 1 soda
      3. 1 Hour of Pool, 2 slices of pizza & 1 soda
Tickets are valid Sunday - Wednesday: 9-12 a.m., Thursday: 9-2 a.m. & Friday - Saturday: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Other tickets to special events (sporting events, concerts, plays, musicals, etc.) may be available on a limited basis during the academic year. These tickets include Broadway in Boston, Celtics, Red Sox, and Boston Ballet Nutcracker. If you are interested in a particular event, please visit UMBeInvolved and search in the Events tab.
